The following was observed as potential hazards to children: Mold observed on refrigerator door seals in two classrooms. Toy kitchen set in the toddler room is not securely bolted to prevent tipping. The toy burners on the toddler room playset also has broken pieces and loose bolts. An electrical cord was hanging from the radio in preschool room. A preschool outlet did not have an outlet cover. Trash can did not have a liner in the preschool room. The trash can was being used at the time of the visit. Plunger is being stored in the children’s bathroom. Plunger should be located away from children.
