Refrigerator Temperature
One child needs a current medical exam. Four children need current lead screening tests.
The hot water is reading 124 degrees, it must not exceeds 120 degrees. Need to repair broken gate at the bottom of the basement stairs. The dome climber needs to be made inaccessible to the children too close to swing structure.
Refrigerator temp is reading 45 degrees, it should read between 32-40 degrees.

Parents must be given written notice that there are firearms on the premises.
Two children need current lead screening tests. Check all enrollment forms to make sure the required information is completed physical description of the child, date of admission, age at admission, anticipated days/time of attendance and the parents names are listed on the forms(emergency information card).

Need to make a few changes/additions to parent handbook and share with parents.
A progress report is needed for one child. Infants and toddlers up to fifteen months must have progress reports done every three months. All children enrollment must have progress reports completed as stated in the regulations.
Need instant cold pack, band-Aids, adhesive tape and gauze pads for the first aid kit and it must keep stocked at all times.
