Upon arrival to the visit, Licensor [redacted] observed an adult who is not listed as part of the household, present in the home. You must not have any person that is not approved by EEC on the premises during childcare hours. Please ensure that this individual is added to your household and is approved by EEC before allowing them to enter the premises during childcare hours.
The educator has not added any professional development trainings to her PQR.
The outlets in playroom were not covered during the visit. Please cover all outlets that the children have access to. The hot water temperature was reading at 117 degrees F. The smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were tested and working on all floors. There is a broken window and window blinds in the playroom area. Please fix this as it poses a hazard to the children. There are two slides in the outdoor area that are taller than 18 inches. Please remove the slides or make them inaccessible.
