During visit a child who is 8 months old was sleeping with a blanket and no sheets. A loose blanket was placed under the child. Provider took away the blanket that was covering child. Provider was reminded that this is a severe hazard to infants and that there will need to be a follow up regarding this non-compliance. Provider reported that the child could not sleep without the blanket. Provider also reported that the sheet had to be taken away as the child had vomited on it before nap time.
