Missing three children emergency medical update signature from parents,
Licensor observed a plastic sandbox with a cover on the side., a child's size plastic picnic table and 2 riding toys on the deck near railings. Provider admitted that at times she had left children playing on the sandbox while she stays closer to them. Deck has been approved as exit but not to play. Please remove these toys and equipment to the backyard.
Please place a hook and eye on the door to the basement.
