During visit, there were cleaning materials under the sink in the bathroom. This was not made inaccessible to children. Provider will ensure to maintain all hazardous cleaning materials inaccessible to children at all times during childcare hours. In the bathroom there was also a waxing kit placed on top of the toilet. This was not turned on, although this is a high risk for children. Provider will ensure to maintain all hazardous materials and items inaccessible to children at all times during childcare hours.
