There was no evacuation drill documented for June 2025 which the month is over.
Need a copy of the family child care assistant record, PQRegistry certificate, Essentials 2.0 certificate and family child care medical form for the regular assistant who is currently working at the program.

The educator has a cat that must be vaccinated. The cat is part of the household. The turtle is not in licensed space or accessible to the children.

There is at one month when the educator was over enrolled with seven children under school age due to the assistant was not currently licensed and did not count as staff. The educator is present with seven children one child is school age.

The hatchway needs to be cleared of materials that was used to paint and a long rope is laying on the stairs. The exit must be keep clear of all objects.

The hot water temperature is reading 124.5 degrees, it must not exceed 120 degrees.
There is peeling paint at the base of the side door entrance. The ladder must be removed from around the pool during childcare hours. There is a broken window on the front porch next to the side entrance. The deck stairs needs to have backing.

One child need an updated school-age medical statement completed by the parent. One child need a current medical exam. One child need the parent to sign and date the emergency medical form.
The deck has peeling paint and is accessible when the children are outside. The hatchway need to be repaired there is an piece missing on the first step. The bathroom needs to be cleaned and disinfected.
