During visit a 5 month old was sleeping with a blanket underneath him. Licensor explained safe sleep practices. Provider will ensure to always follow safe sleep practices. A follow-up visit will take place. Provider was sent the parent letter and the requirement for completing the safe sleep training on strongstart. Both assistant and provider will be required to take the safe sleep training.
