There are hazardous materials in the bathroom since the toilet is in the process to been replaced. There are hazardous materials in the kitchen since the drawers and cabinets since safety locks are in the process of been installed. There were no items in this areas since the provider still in the process of moving to this house. A gutter on a side of the home facing the backyard, must be fixed since a piece of the aluminum is broken and accessible to the children.
