Water temperature measured at 125 degrees Fahrenheit during visit. Water temperature needs to be lowered and maintained to under 120 degrees. During visit, children in care were napping. Smoke alarm was visible in basement childcare space. No carbon monoxide was in the childcare space. Licensor explained to provider that this was required on all floors. Provider was under the assumption that since all their appliances are electric this was not needed. Please note, licensor verified with EEC supervisor, and carbon monoxide detectors are required regardless of FCC homes running on electricity or gas. Provider was made aware of this on 8/3/22.
