The wading pool located in the fence in area is broken which can create a hazard. The wading pool must be removed from the outdoor space.

The frame of the front door has peeling paint. The home must be free of chipping and peeling paint. Please provide a picture.
Clorox wipe containers were accessible on top of the kitchenette cabinet, the diapering station, and the bathroom. These must be placed in an area out of the reach of the children. Candles were lit on the first floor. Candles are prohibited to be used during day care hours. Pet food and plastic bags were placed on the kitchen and diningroom floor which can create a hazard. These materials must be placed out of the reach of the children.

Safe Sleep
The program was not following proper safe sleep practices. An infant was found sleeping in a bouncy chair with a blanket. All infants must nap in an individual crib, portacrib, playpen or bassinet with no blankets. The educator must do the following: 1.) Follow proper safe sleep practices with infants immediately. 2) Sign Pledge Letter 3.) Provide safe sleep letter to the infant parent and the parent must sign and 3.) The licensee and the assistant must re-take the safe sleep training and must provide proof of completion.
