The program did not have a copy of the parent handbook. The program must provide a complete copy of the parent handbook, and the plan must also include the transportation written plan and an emergency plan.
The home has a cat. The program needs to provide proof of registration and vaccinations. Written information of pet needs to be included in the program's parent handbook.
The gaps of the third set of stairs in the backyard need be protected with a barrier.
The water temperature was set to 127 degrees F. The water temperature must be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees.
