It was reported that three children have asthma and two of them have inhalers, but their parents bring them in when needed because the asthma is cold induced and seasonal allergies. It was reported the children do not have the medication on site and they do not have an IHCP.
There was not a Staff/Educator Scheduled posted easily visible to visitors, parents and educators.
One educator in the group of 15 children was in the bathroom with the door closed, the other educator was supervising the 14 children alone for about 5 minutes alone.

One child with Asthma and life saving medication documented on their most resent physical form did not have an Individualized Healthcare Plan in their file. Two children's files had documented Chronic Health Conditions and emergency medication taken as needed on their enrollment papers, but they did not have an Individualized Healthcare Plan.
The program enrolled a 2.7 year old child in the preschool classroom, the child does not have a developmental placement, and the building inspection is coded for children 2.9years and older. When the Licensor arrived one of the educators was upstairs while the other educator was alone with 15 children. When the children were ready to go outside, one educator took 14 children outside alone, while the other educator was in the bathroom with the door closed changing A diaper.
The Fire and Building inspection expired in on March 3, 2023. The Director reported they only renew their inspections every two years.
