There was peeling paint on the steps from the outdoor upstairs exit. In addition, the wood was chipped, causing a potential trip hazard.

The program was outside but did not have an attendance record with them during the visit.

A review of both staff records indicated that neither had documentation of a physical examination maintained at the program. In addition, neither had completed professional development hours for the last full training year.
