At the time of the visit, while the program director was present, the staff person was asked to explain the attendance. The program director disclosed to her staff that her attendance was inaccurate. This staff person had arrived after child A arrived and assumed that since child A was not signed in on the attendance, child A must have arrived at 7:30AM; therefore, marked child A to have arrived at 7:30AM. According to the program director, child A had actually arrived around 10AM.
