At the time of the visit, the licensor observed lack of structure and routine in the childcare program. When the licensor arrived, some children were going up and down the room, YouTube video was playing on the laptop while some children were also playing with toys on the table. The children were moving from one activity to another without proper transition and guide. Educator informed the licensor that the playroom was locked because the children are not behaving and that she tells them that they must behave in order to play in the playroom.
