The program did not maintain the required educators at all times to ensure adequate supervision. Upon the licensors' arrival there was one staff supervising 8 children alone while the other staff member had left the licensed childcare space for a lunch break. Staff stated this had occurred on more than one occasion.

Although staff were documenting the minor injuries, they were no documenting on the required EEC FCC form.
There was no documentation of at least 10 hours of training per year for the provider and assistants.
This monitoring outside differential licensing cycle visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

There were two unapproved staff members working on the premises with the Certified assistant while the provider was on vacation. Neither staff member had completed the EEC background process or assistant application process.
There was no documentation in the children's records indicating that written progress reports had been completed as required and provided to parents.

Staff stated and the attendance records verified that there were several days in the past few months that there were 7-8 children present with the staff. None of the children were school age. The provider is licensed for 6 + 2(two children must be school age).
The provider was not using the required EEC form to report minor injuries to parents.
The current license was not posted in the child care space as required.
There were two staff working in the program with the certified assistant that were not approved caregivers. Both staff had been working at the program for the summer and had not applied for assistant approval through EEC as required. Discussed during visit that neither of the staff were able to return to working at the program until assistant approval was received.
