Educator’s current CPR certification could not be verified during visit. It was discussed with the educator that she must submit proof of current CPR. If the educator cannot provide proof of current CPR certification educator cannot provide care for children until educator submits proof of certification. Violation

There were two climbing structures measuring above 18 inches in height that did not have required ground surfacing and fall zones. One structure observed was a slide the educator stated she had removed from the outdoor space in her compliance plan during her pre-licensing visit. The second structure observed is a crawling tunnel, however children were observed climbing it and therefore requires appropriate ground surfacing and fall zones. Había dos estructuras para escalar que medían más de 18 pulgadas de altura que no tenían superficies de suelo requeridas ni zonas de caída. Una estructura observada fue un resbaladero que la educadora indico que había removido del espacio exterior en su plan de cumplimiento durante su visita previa a la licencia. La segunda estructura observada es un túnel de arrastre, sin embargo, se observaron niños trepando por él y, por lo tanto, requiere superficies de suelo y zonas de caída adecuadas.
