7/7/23: The program had a Fire Inspection conducted on 3/30/23. The Director stated during the visit that the Building Inspection was completed on 7/6/23 and is awaiting the certificate from the town. Observations from original visit on 2022-12-28 00:00:00: The current Fire Inspection has not been provided. Corrective Plan received on 2023-01-24 00:00:00: The fire inspection occurred in August 2022. We are awaiting to receive the new Fire Inspection certificate. 1/24/23 Notes: I have contacted and spoke with personnel from Plymouth Fire Dept, Fire Safety Unit. I was assured that a new certificate will be granted via email. I also met with Captain Sean from Plymouth Fire Dept. previous to my call. Captain Sean requested paperwork to be submitted directly to him (paperwork from Century Fire confirming their fire safety monitoring services for our school). The paperwork was emailed as an attachment to Captain Sean. We are still awaiting the new certificate.

Each room contained the previously cited potential hazards to children, including vacuum cords longer than six inches, mops, bottles of bleach and various bottles of chemicals labeled keep out of reach of children. -The tiled floors and rugs in the hallways and throughout the program appear to be dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. -The Director stated they had submitted a work order through Kindercare for the Pre-K classroom play kitchen and stove to be secured and not tippable. Corrective Plan received on 2023-01-13 00:00:00: The electrical closet remains locked at all times and only accessible to our KC facilities and electric company. Toddler 3 cabinet has been reorganized, free of harm, and includes a safety lock. Tape residue has been cleared out to the best of our ability. Utility closet remains secure and locked only accessible to our KC Facilities team. The tape residue is a work in progress. It has been cleared as much as possible. A work order has been submitted. Preschool 2 drawer has been reorganized and includes a safety lock. PK play stove and fridge were securely screwed and unmovable. The ceiling vent has been thoroughly cleaned by management and PK teacher.
