The stairs leading into the program and the stairs on the preschool playground behind Tot Spot Too were broken, chipping and splintering. The wooden beams on the toddler playground were splintering and chipping. The black top area has three steps into the entrance of the building, toddlers are playing on the black top, there is no gate to prevent them from going up the stairs alone. In the preschool playground behind Tot Spot Too there are two stairs leading to two doors, which are emergency exits. Those two doors were rusty and warped.
