During the visit the licensor found several areas of concern: 1. The floors in the classrooms were dirty (most noticeable in toddlers and the 4's room) 2. Many rooms were missing the trash can covers. 3. The refrigerator in the toddler room was dirty. 4. There were brackets still in the floor where a shelf used to be that posed a risk to children. 5. In the infant room there was a fan accessible to the children and a cord to a radio that was accessible to the children. 6. In the PK room there was a lot of clutter throughout the room, there was also a purse on a child size chair that was accessible to the children. 7. In the hallway from PK to the 4's room there was no light making the space very hard to move through creating a hazard if there was an emergency and those exits needed to be used.

Black rubber bungee cord was laying in the grass accessible to children. 3. There was a bucket with old standing water. 4. There was a blue piece of fabric attached to the building but part of it was accessible to the children which could pose a risk to children. 5. There was a green tarp that is on the fence and part of it was not attached to the fence causing a potential risk to children.
