During the visit the following was identified as hazards inside: In the school age classroom there were cubbies and furniture that was not secure and is tippable as well as grates in the room that were loose with tiles that had large chips in them. One grate in the classroom was rusting and could be a hazard (check all floor grates in the classroom). There is a wire loose on the fence outside and could pose a hazard to children on the main back playground.

During the visit the following was observed: In couple of classrooms garbage’s were overflowing and one garbage did not have a cover. In the twaddler room there was a strong odor of dirty diapers coming from the garbage. There was clutter on top of the cubbies in some of the classrooms. The changing table in one of the twaddler rooms had the attendance clip board and Tupperware on it. There were two fans in the school age classroom that were Dirty with dust and one that was accessible to the children.
