During the visit the toddler room had clutter in one corner of the room and on top of cabinets. Cabinets, fridge and microwave need to be cleaned on the outside as they had evidence of old spills. The walls and flooring where the children eat in the toddler preschool room need attention as they are dirty and paint needs attention. There was a shelf and wood cabinet in toddler preschool that was not secure.

During the observation of the two infant rooms diapering was observed and it was observed that gloves should have been removed after the clean diaper was on according the the diapering plan that was posted and that did not happen while diapering was being observed in both rooms. The gloves stayed on until the end of the diaper change while putting the child's clothes back on.
