The licensor observed the following hazards: in the bathroom the stand up shower was filled with strollers and other things preventing the shower door from closing which doesn’t allow enough room to sit on the toilet seat. The upstairs living room was cluttered, there was a TV on the floor and piles of laundry in the space. The stairs were not clear, there was a box of markers on the stairs, taking up 1 whole step on the way up. There was a vacuum in the hallway leading upstairs. The licensor observed a dirty high chair tray with lunch still on it and a cucumber and blueberries out on the counter from lunch. There is 1 lamp in the basement that has a cord accessible

After diapering the Educator is washing her hands in kitchen sink
When the licensor arrived the educator was on the first floor level of the home. The 3 children in care were sleeping in the basement. The educator stated she also goes up/down stairs to get food during the day
After diapering the Educator is not washing the children’s hands with liquid soap and running water, she is using a baby wipe.
