Licensor learned during the visit that the "Big Room" and large cubby area are being used by the program. The Big Room is used during times they are unable to go outside due to the weather or to do motor activities. The cubby area has been used if the electricity has gone off briefly or to allow another space for the children to eat. These spaces have not been approved by EEC on its current license. The program may not use these spaces until the following has been completed and reviewed by EEC: The program must obtain the Building Inspection with the Big Room included and confirmation the cubby space can be used, evacuation procedures must be posted in both areas, and in the Big Room the three books shelves need to be secured because they are tippable and the pinball machine cords need to be secured tighter.

The bottles of milk were sitting outside the children's bags for at least two hours. One child was observed to walk around the classroom and drink from their bottle of milk.
