The wood area is not a straight line. There are entrapment hazards between the fence and the wood. -There is a pile of large rocks by one of the gates in the playground accessible to children. The rocks must be removed or covered so they are not accessible to children. -There are two drain pipes in the playground, accessible to children. The pipes drain water into the playground.
