One classroom had an Assistant Teacher who did not have first aid and cpr, and had not completed 2.0 Essentials, alone with three babies. The other classroom had 17 preschool aged children with two Assistant Teachers. On 11/3/25 an Assistant Director assigned Assistant Teachers to cover breaks in the classrooms leaving them without a qualified teachers for approximately 45 minutes at a time. On 11/3/25 there were four Assistant Directors present at the program. During the length of the visit (approximately two and a half hours) not one of the Assistant Directors left their space to go into the two classrooms to support the unqualified educators.
