There was a lock on the children's bathroom door. For children under school age, bathroom locks need to be inaccessible or easily opened.
The program's emergency backpack did not include emergency care information for each child. The program must ensure that authorizations for emergency care for each child. are easily and readily available at all times, and accompany the children anytime they leave the facility in the care of staff.
Evacuation drill documentation did not consistently include the time it took to evacuate the program (effectiveness).
On the day of the visit, attendance did not include the time of late arrivals to the program. The program must have a method to ensure that they know who is present during all hours of operation.
