It was observed that the fencing in the backyard did not measure at least 4 feet tall all around, this gives children access to a busy street and a steep drop. There was a section of the fencing that was broken, which left a clear opening to the steep drop towards the back of the yard. There were multiple ladders accessible. There is a small slope on one side of the yard, however at the end of the slope the fencing is not sturdy enough and not tall enough to be safe. There was also a large tree stump in the middle of the yard which causes a safety hazard.
