It was observed that the diapering table, a small bookshelf, and a toy shelf were all easily moveable and must be secured. In the kitchen it was observed that the kitchen cabinets under the sink had a safety lock, however, this lock was not sufficient enough to prevent access to cleaning products and plastic bags under the kitchen sink. There was a drawer in the kitchen that had access to additional plastic bags. Junk drawer in the kitchen had access to batteries. There was access to plastic bags on the kitchen floor due to opened plastic water bottle packages.
