Licensor was passing by educator’s home and observed two children outside without the educator. Licensor stopped in and went into backyard to get to back entrance. Educator immediately stepped outside and stated she was supervising the two children from the window and also coming to the door. However, stated she had an infant napping inside. Supervision was reviewed with the educator and was discussed with the educator that she must be with all children at all times and cannot be coming in and out between indoor and outdoor space. If the infant was asleep then she would have to change her routine to take children outside all together once infant woke up.
