For the most part, the licensed indoor space was free of hazards. The space was well lit and properly ventilated and good care was taken to ensure the children could be properly supervised. The only hazard that was observed is that one outlet in a bedroom did not have a cover. Outside, there were baby swings set up under the deck, with small rocks underneath, no fall zone.
