The Educators did not take attendance as the children arrived at the classroom, after 15 minutes, the Licensor brought it to the Educator's attention and then attendance was recorded. 2. Two 2nd grade children were in the K/1 classroom for lunch, however, they were not signed into the K/1 classroom's attendance sheet, so the attendance was not accurate. 3. 1 staff members child who typically does not attend on Wednesday's was not signed in on the attendance sheet causing the attendance to be inaccurate for several minutes until an Educator could figure out who was missing from the sheet. 4. Upon the first bus arrival 1 Educator was alone with 17 SA children until the next Educator arrived. 5. The program did not maintain Teacher: Child ratio when an Educator left 7 PS age children alone with the soccer coach.
