Green shelf in the bathroom was not secured. 3. There were no screens on windows that were open. 4. Fencing does not reach the ground in many spots. 5. 2 ladders were outside leaning against the building. 6. The outdoor stairs in the back of the building leading to the basement were not secured and children could potentially fall down into the "hole", a wall needs to be built surrounding the opening or this area must be blocked off, so children do not have access to it.
