This left side of the porch leads directly to the damaged side of the house, which is still a scene under investigation by the local police department. 2. No safety gate was installed at the bottom of the stairway in the living room. 3. Barriers must be installed on the sides of the evacuation route through the enclosed front porch on the first floor because it has tools and construction materials that represent a safety hazard to the children.
