Upon this Licensor’s arrival, Licensor observed a {REDACTED} strapped in a bouncing seat in front of the TV in the living room. The educator removed the {REDACTED} from the bouncing seat upon this Licensor’s request but after some time the {REDACTED} was placed in the bouncing seat again. The educator reported that she did’t know that the {REDACTED} could have tummy time at {REDACTED} of age.
