Emergency medications readily available
A stall in the bathroom had exposed rust at the bottom, accessible to children.
At the time of the visit three children with emergency medical conditions were reviewed and the following was found: two children were missing a portion of their prescribed medications. All emergency medications must be readily available at all times.

Medication
At the time of the visit four children requiring emergency medications were reviewed and the following was found: two children were missing a portion of their prescribed medications, and one child's medication had an expired "discard by" date.

In the restrooms in the main hallway, there was rust observed on the bottom of each of the stalls.
A review of six medications indicated five Individual Health Care Plans (IHCP) were incomplete.
A review of six medications indicated two medications stored at the program did not have a current Medication Consent form.
