In Toddler N the diapering surface was only sprayed with a disinfectant after children's diapers were changed, the Educator and the children's hands were not washed after changing, the tables were not washed and sanitized prior to the children eating lunch, the children's hands were washed but they did not go directly to the table, they were allowed to sit on floor and play with a toy and the Educator did not wash her hands prior to putting on gloves to serve food. 2. A second Educator in the Toddler N room wiped a child's nose with a glove on but did not wash her hands after wiping.
