Licensor had to ask where the child was for educators to realize he was not with the group. The child was found hiding in the gym. Educators were also not positioned properly to maximize supervision of children in the cafeteria or gym areas. One educator was focused on cleaning when numbers were still high and needed to be focusing on the children in care.
