Educator has a fenced in area in back yard for the childcare children. There is a wooden pole from a clothesline in the middle of the space that needs to be removed as it is a hazard. In certain spots, the fence is too high off the ground and creates an entrapment hazard. This gap needs to be less than 4 inches. Please upload pictures for verification once these hazards have been resolved. The existing fence measured 44 inches high, which is under the required 4 Ft. required height.
