Licensor walked through all of the licensed space and observed the following hazards: ** Kitchen - junk drawer on island has permanent markers and small chokable items, knife block on counter needs to be made inaccessible ** Livingroom - tall end tables with speakers on them need to be anchored to the wall as they are tipping hazards ** Diningroom - Educator wants this room removed from licensed space ** Playroom - no hazards ** Learning room - change to Infant Room - no hazards ** Bathroom - trash does not have a cover ** Outside - small white PVC pipe is cracked and has sharp edges, needs to be covered somehow. Fencing near the gate is detaching from the upper bar and needs to be resecured.

The younger children’s napping materials are stored in their pack and plays. Older children have sleeping bags, which are stored together in a laundry basket. Licensor discussed with Educator that the sleeping bags need to be stored separately in order to avoid cross contamination.
