The T/PS room had 10 preschoolers in it today. This room is only licensed for 9 T/PS room children.
Three slides on the small playground did not have a adequate use zone. The following were observed indoors: In the room attached to the one I/T room, a cord over six inches and a mop with a cleaner, was accessible to children. This area is used as a pass through to/from the playground. Children were observed in this area while coming into the classroom. In the upstairs PS room, a cord over six inches was accessible to children. (Fridge cord)

The following were observed: Stained ceiling tiles in more than one room. Peeling paint around an outlet area in one room.

During the visit the following were observed: --Upstairs: a purse was accessible to children. --Stairs: A water cooler, a water bottle and a cloth of some sort, was stored on the stairs.
Sleep
During the visit it was observed that in one room upstairs, garbage that contained food waste was not kept in a covered container.
In more than one room, there was not a distance of at least two feet between each cot, or a distance of at least three feet between children's faces while resting or napping.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The following were observed outdoors: -The ground surfacing was not sufficient around climbing equipment.

The following were observed: -gloves and 2 cords over 6 inches were accessible to children. -sippy cups were on the hand washing sink. -The gate to the kitchen was open- inside a stove was accessible. -A trash can containing food waste was uncovered. -a shelf and two tiered library shelves were tippable.
There was chipping paint on the shed outdoors.
