An Individual Health Care Plan did not have authorization from the health care practitioner. Please ensure all Individual Health Care Plans have authorization from the health care practitioner.
Three unanticipated non-prescriptions for mild symptoms that were prescribed as part of a child's Individual Health Care Plan were not on site. Additionally, two emergency medications were not stored in its original container and one was expired. Please ensure all unanticipated non-prescriptions prescribed in an Individual Health Care Plan are on site at all times and ensure emergency medications are up to date in its original container.
The attendance was inaccurate in two of the classrooms. Some of the children that switched classrooms were not signed out. Additionally, educators were unaware of the number of children present. Please ensure to maintain accurate attendance records and ensure staff are aware of the number of children present at all times.
The program did not have an up to date fire and building inspection. Please ensure to obtain a current fire and building inspection as soon as possible.

Emergency medications readily available
An emergency medication was not immediately available. The medication was stored in another classroom far away from where the child was. Additionally, staff were unaware which children have emergency medications. Please ensure emergency medications are immediately available and ensure staff are aware which children have emergency medications.
