The Licensor and the educator observed the two layers of shoe racks were on the first exit routes of the home. It prevents the children to exit to the home. The Licensor and the educator observed the following items on the second exit pathway on the first floor leading to the driveway: two adult chairs, two rugs, bicycle, a cooler, 3 bags of charcoal, a folded lawn chair, blue bucket with grilling tools, mini fridge, two bags of recycled cans, a folded-up tent, a gas tank for barbecue.
