Some of these were: multiple automobiles, grocery cart, vinyl siding, multiple mattresses, mountains of items covered with blue tarp, dead mouse, and a white column, among other many items. The licensor was unable to gain access to the street from the back yard posing a risk to children in case of an emergency evacuation. There was a large black trash bag full of trash and a Clorox bottle on the second-floor steps leading towards the first floor. There were two protruding screws sticking out of the wall from where part of the handrail was broken and removed from the wall leaving the screws exposed.
