The educator remained outside on the porch for an extended period of time without knowing that her new licensor was looking for parking. When the licensor knocked on the educator’s apartment door she came behind the licensor and asked who she was. The licensor introduced herself and when they walked inside the apartment there were two children unsupervised. The two children had recently been enrolled in the program.
