During the visit, this Licensor asked the educator and assistant to conduct the evacuation drill with 10 children from the second floor level front door exit. The evacuation drill was not successful. The educator has 6 children under age of {REDACTED} years old. There were 3 youngest children cannot walk and other 3 children cannot go downstairs by themselves. They need help to bring them from the second floor level front door stairways to the first floor front door exit. Licensor explained and gave a copy of Adult-Child Ratios to the educator. Licensor explained to the educator that if she wants to continue to providing care these 6 youngest children, she needs to have one more assistant as of tomorrow, or she can eliminate 2 youngest children.
