Violation

The licensor observed the educator's driveway which is being considered for outdoor play space. At the time of the visit, the gate locked at the end of the driveway was observed and it was noted at the bottom portion of the gate due to spacing that could allow a head entrapment. In addition, the gate must be properly secured with a reliable lock to ensure children cannot open it or exit the area independently.
