However the following was observed: 1) The back exit route leading to the yard/outdoor space was obstructed by several pairs of shoes inside (in front of the sliding doors) and a bucket of salt situated on one of the steps of the exterior stairways. 2) The front exit through the daycare room and leading to the driveway was impassable, as the gate was secured with a chain and a locked padlock.
