Last drill documented: 7/2/2025. After reviewing the evacuation Log the following was observed: 1) EEC regulations require to alternate emergency exits monthly. The evacuation log showed the educator did not alternate exits monthly as required during the following: -only the front exit was used for practice drills completed during the months of January and February 2025. Also, the same exit was used during the months of May and June 2025. -only the back door was used for practice drills completed during the months of March and April 2025.
